The Chateau D'Ouchy was a great place to stay. It deserves 5 stars with one exception, the bar and food service. The breakfast was just average quality and there was often a shortage of plates, untensils and coffee mugs. We ate one dinner at the 57 degree Grill and the service was very slow. We used the bar service several times which was.

We stayed at Chateau d'Ouchy for 5 nights in July 2022 for our first vacation in Switzerland. This is a superb hotel ideally located at Lausanne's harbour with breathtaking views across the Lac Leman. The staff is super friendly and highly professional, always with a smile! The quality of food is excellent.
